Nick Eskandari
Nick Eskandari the CEO of Key Bridge Advisory Group. Nick has more than 25 years experience serving in various leadership positions in investment banking, finance, commercial banking and real estate developments and holds a California Real Estate Broker License. Nick is also a graduate of Investment Banking Institute from New York and has significant experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, debt and equity financing, leveraged buyouts, valuation analysis, and management consulting.
Eytan J. Lombroso
Eytan is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience in various leadership positions in Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Management Consulting and Medical Technology. Throughout his varied career, he has focused on value creation and change management through concentrating on market, product and technology differentiation.
He has led many restructuring and turnaround engagements as a consultant for Coopers & Lybrand, has built De-novo businesses, including e-Commerce for JP Morgan Chase, and has spent his recent years providing M&A and corporate finance services for middle market companies as well as co-founding several Biotech, MedTech and Sports travel companies.
Paul Sigelman
Paul is long experienced in forming, facilitating and adding value to a broad scope of business enterprises. From assisting entrepreneurs with startup ventures to promoting established businesses to the next level, he has guided company planning, organization, operations, management , private placement, investment, acquisition and sales regulation for countless individuals and companies.
He has been a practicing lawyer for over 40 years and licensed in the state of California as well as other jurisdictions. He is a graduate in physics and mathematics and has attended Carnegie Melon University and University of Minnesota law school
